September 15, 2015 HTMA Texas General Meeting

HTMA Members,

You are invited to an HTMA Texas General Meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2015.The location will be Texas Children’s Hospital in the Medical Center.

The meal starts at 530PM and the general meeting begins at 600PM.

 Please invite a co-worker or any vendor you can!

Directions to September 15^th HTMA Texas Meeting

Once arriving there are two options for parking:

• 1.       Valet ($13 Dollars but really worth it)
• 2.       Self-Park (roughly 12 dollars)

At this time, you can do either.

If you valet, please walk in through the doors and proceed to the three elevators on your left.  You will be taking these elevators to the 4^th floor.

If you self-park, please park on any level. Once in the elevator, please take a ride upstairs to the 4^th floor.

Now that you are all in the same spot, as you step off the elevators please walk straight towards the windows ahead of you.  You will be forced to take a left.

Walk down the open hallway (couches on your right). As you approach the end, there will be a glass circle in front of you and an escalator to your left. 

Conference Rooms D, E and F will be on your left! There will be signs on all the doors.
