HTMA Members,

You are invited to an HTMA Texas General Meeting on Tuesday, March 24th. The location will be Ben Taub General Hospital.

 

The meal starts at 530PM and the general meeting begins at 600PM.

 

Please invite a co-worker or any vendor you can! 

This is our fifth general meeting and our second meeting of 2015.

Presentation: "Innovative Approaches to Ultrasound Diagnostics and Service"

 

Presenter: Kyle Grozelle

 

Biography: 

Kyle Grozelle, Manager of Global Education and Training at Summit Imaging

Kyle Grozelle is the manager of global education and training at Summit Imaging, an ultrasound medical equipment support company based in Woodinville, Washington. Kyle manages Summit Imaging’s robust training program that offers personalized, interactive courses on ultrasound systems to healthcare organizations across the country. His responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, developing unique curriculums for each session, and ensuring each program is delivered successfully.

In addition to managing Summit Imaging’s education program, Kyle makes significant contributions to the marketing team. He develops and oversees implementation of the company’s social media strategy and assists with marketing campaigns and research. During his three year tenure with Summit Imaging, Kyle has led the company’s technical support teams and relied on his extensive customer service experience to recommend and execute numerous process improvement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. He has also helped develop Summit Imaging’s award-winning website and its system diagnostic tool kit, which helps clinical engineers accurately diagnose and efficiently resolve any issues they have with their computer-based medical equipment.
